Iggy and his crew from Lakeside Garage did a great job. Everythong explained in detail. Concrete floor in garage needed replaced and epoxy looks great. Also had furnace and storage room done in basement, oh yeah, my front door entry stair done too. I'm very happy.

I can't express enough what a great job Lakeside Garage Floors did for us...our garage had 2 old coatings that had to be scraped away which was not easy but they did it well...they then proceeded to finish the job so the garage floor is brand new....in addition, Iggy can back to our house to help put items back in the garage. I recently went through the daunting task of pricing out a project for my home, garage floor coating. Being a home owner and having delt with home plumbing, well, appliance & heating issues I have had numerous contractors come out and shock me with thousands of dollar repairs for a couple hours of work. So when i started my garage floor process I was prepared to hear the worst. I am a retired construction Estimator so I do have time and i do understand the process. Though Angie's and the internet I reached out to 12 companies requesting pricing. Of the 12 only 9 companies scheduled an appointment. Of the 9, 8 showed up. The first appointment, and 2 of the others, I heard how their products are proprietary and are the best on the market. Of course those were the most costly but I'm sure their commercials and sponsorships helped add to that cost. My third appointment was with Iggy of Lakeside Garage Floors. After going into great detail of areas of concern on my floor and the process he will go though to correct it, I felt well informed and knew what questions to ask going through the rest of my appointments. Of my final pricing, 3 quotes were thousands higher tan the others, 2 more quotes were close to the higher side and 3 were a couple hundred dollars apart. Knowing the larger the company, and the more product you buy, the better pricing you get and the epoxy, polyurea and polyaspartic are relatively the same product irregardless of the brand. It all comes down to prep and installation. After all said and done I felt most comfortable going with Lakeside. Iggy started the project around 3 weeks later and I watched as he addressed everything we spoke of in our first meeting. They left the work area cleaner than it was when they started and the finished product looks great. I would highly recommend Lakeside Garage Floors to your bid list.

Had work done back in October and I have to say, they did an amazing job! We really liked the work done, our garage looks much more better compared to before. Doing business was straight forward, they came on site to determine our needs, show us samples of colors, explanation of process and everything else. Pricing is very reasonable and it definitely showed their expertise on the process. They scheduled us and communicated with us on any questions or concerns we had along the process, including installation day and even post installation. We really enjoy doing business with Iggy and would highly recommend him to others.
