I have used them for two projects. My Gazebo floor and now my interior new office floor. They did a great job on time and on budget with no problems. They are trustworthy and I was very comfortable giving them unrestricted access to our office so they could work on off hours as not to disturb the other tenants with the noice from the grinding of the floors. I would suggest having them seal on a Friday as the odor was quite strong and needed the weekend to clear out. It was fine by Monday. I highly recommend them. See more See less

I can’t say enough of how happy I am with the quality of work from Iggy with Lakeside garage floors. I was thinking of just having our patio sealed and Iggy called cause I was working through Angie. He asked what I wanted done and then he offered my options and had mentioned polyaspartic which I never heard of and he explained to me what it was and he came out to check out our patio and said he could even paint a brick edge around the patio. His pricing was very reasonable and I was very excited! I couldn’t love the finished product more. I absolutely love my patio, so does anyone that sees it. I am blown away! Not only do we have beautiful polyaspartic coating, all our cracks and pits are filled in and gone! Also, our garage had major issues of uneven cracks and crumbling in spots. Iggy quoted a very reasonable price of filling all the pits and cracks and a coating of polyaspartic. It turns out we also had a moisture problem and Iggy took care of it at no extra charge and it turned out absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Iggy with Lakeside garage floors. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable and you couldn’t ask for better quality work. Iggy also mentioned if anything comes up, any questions at all, even years down the road, just give him a call, his phone is always there. He stands behind his work. That is hard to find these days. Lakeside Garage floors did an amazing job on my basement laundry floor applying epoxy. They also walked me throughout the process of the application of metallic Apoxy on the rest of my basement and looks like White Marble floor, Im currently in the process of installing baseboards and will update with photos when finished. He made excellent suggestions regarding the coating of the garage floor and remarks that would help turn the project into a quality result which also included replacing all the crumbling drywall then painting the ceiling and walls and adding in a cove base to prevent future water damage from neighbor's garages. Went through the whole process step by step and talked to the owner of the company who also did the jomb. Cleaned everything up.
